Our UK mainland delivery charges are as follows:

£2.25 - Order Value up to £12.99
£3.95 - Order Value £13.00 - £25.99
£4.95 - Order Value £26.00 - £49.99
£6.95 - Order Value £50.00 - £99.99
£9.95 - Order Value £100 and over

The delivery charge will be added onto your order once you have entered your billing and delivery address details.

Larger and heavier items are shipped by courier service and smaller items by Royal Mail postal service. If you have any special requirements e.g. before 12am delivery, Saturday AM delivery, then please contact us before ordering, we are more than happy to help.

We ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland and also to certain European countries. For European countries please enquire before ordering.

We ship smaller items to Northern Ireland by Royal Mail but larger items will need a courier service and for this there will be an extra charge, please enquire prior to purchasing.

For Offshore islands and Southern Ireland please obtain a quote by email or telephone for shipping costs.

Sorry we can only send smaller items to BFPO addresses.
 

If the parcel is damaged on arrival please either sign as damaged or refuse to accept the parcel.

Shortages - Damages or Non-delivery:

• If your order has exceeded 14 days time please inform us as shortages, damages or non-delivery must be reported within 14 days of order, failure to do this may result in your claim being refused.
• Deliveries by courier service need a signature and if you are out when they call a card will be left so you can contact them and rearrange delivery. Most couriers will only call again twice and will return the goods to sender if no one contacts them to rearrange delivery. If this happens then unfortunately we will have to charge for redelivery or if you prefer to cancel then we would refund your order less carriage costs.

Stock Items:

• Items in stock will either be sent by Royal Mail service or by Courier service depending on the size of the item and can take from 2 to 5 working days. If you need an item in a hurry them please contact us before ordering.

Items sent direct from our suppliers:

• Sometimes it will be necessary to send items direct from our suppliers and  this is usually a next day service unless specified. If you need an item in a hurry them please contact us before ordering.
