DELUXE SPRING INTERIOR MATTRESS BY VENTALUX

This mattress is made of synthetic solid staple polyester fibre and a steel sprung unit to comply with BS1877 part 10:1997 and BS7177:1996 for domestic use (low hazard).

The cover is 100% spun bonded polypropylene with 100% polyester wadding.
This mattress has a washable cover and is fully air permeable.
It is designed for a ‘feet to foot’ position.
Always ensure a good close fit of the mattress in the cot.
Air the mattress before use. Turn the mattress and air on a regular basis.

 Washing instructions

The cover can be easily removed for washing.
Hand wash with a mild, non-biological detergent.
Shape whilst damp. Do not tumble dry.
Ensure the mattress and cover are completely dry before use.

 Safer sleep guidelines

There is an increased risk of cot death if a baby’s head is covered by blankets.
We recommend that you place your baby in the ‘feet to foot’ position ie with the feet at the foot of the mattress.
Tuck blankets in securely, reaching no higher than the baby’s shoulder. This helps prevent the baby from wriggling under the blankets.

This mattress is made of synthetic solid staple polyester fibre which is non allergic, totally itch free and totally recyclable. 
 It also has ZERO OZONE DEPLETING POTENTIAL and ZERO GLOBAL WARMING POTENTIAL.

It complies with the relevant requirements of the Furniture & Furnishing (Fire & Safety) Regulation 1988 Amendment 1989 for polyester fillings. (Statutory Instruments No.1324) Flammability behaviour complies with BS5852 Part 2 using Ignition Source 2 (Gas) 1990.
